As a mentee, you'll be matched with a caring adult mentor who meets with you regularly to support your goals — whether that's building confidence, exploring a future career, staying on track academically, or just having someone in your corner. Girl Collective serves girls ages 10–18 across the DFW area, with mentees grouped by middle school and high school age.

Along with one-on-one mentorship, mentees take part in group meetings, workshops, and community events like our Back-to-School Bash and Informational Meetings. A parent or guardian must complete the consent section below for any applicant under 18. Once you apply, our team reviews your application and follows up within 48 hours.
