Founder, Girl Collective, Inc.

I grew up in suburban Chicago, and even then I saw what happened when girls didn't have access to mentorship or strong role models — potential left unrealized, confidence left undeveloped, and leadership left untapped. When I moved to Texas, I saw the same need. I watched girls struggle not because they lacked ability, but because no one had ever shown them what was possible or told them they were capable of becoming future change-makers.

That need — the absence of structured mentorship and leadership opportunities for girls in this community — is exactly what Girl Collective, Inc. was built to fill. I founded this organization with one powerful belief: every girl deserves a mentor, a champion, and a community that sees her potential.
