Mentor Application — Girl Collective, Inc.

Girl Collective mentors are adult volunteers who commit to meeting regularly with a girl ages 10–18 in the DFW area, offering guidance, encouragement, and a consistent, trusted presence as she builds leadership skills and confidence. Mentors typically meet with their mentee twice a month, either one-on-one or through group programming, and take part in occasional community events like our Back-to-School Bash and Informational Meetings.

Because we work with minors, every mentor completes a background check through Sterling Volunteers ($19, paid directly to Sterling) and a short orientation before being matched. After you submit the application below, our team reviews it, verifies your reference and background check, and follows up within 48 hours to schedule a conversation and, if it's a good fit, a mentee match.
